Reflect

Stephen Covey once counseled that we should begin with the end in mind. We should consider what we really want to happen in every situation. We should consider how we might contribute to the well-being of others and ourselves and act accordingly. Let us act with intentionality to bring peace on earth and good will to all.

Pray

Loving God, help me keep my eyes on the prize.
Let me act with awareness,
prayerfully seeking to do your will in every situation.
Help me be faithful to my calling as your beloved child
and companion in healing the world.
Amen.

Act

In every situation ask: “What would Jesus want me to do? How might I share God’s light and love, and bring out the best in others? How might I live out my vocation as God’s healing companion?”
